# PeakPact Elite — CCPA / CPRA Compliance Statement **Effective date:** 15 September 2026 **Applies to:** California residents (“consumers”) under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA. ## 1. Notice at collection We collect the categories listed in the Privacy Policy, including identifiers, internet/network activity, commercial information (subscription status), and user-generated content (verification media metadata and files). ## 2. Purposes of use Operate Elite features, secure accounts, provide automation/AI coaching, improve reliability, and comply with law. ## 3. Sale / share PeakPact Elite does **not sell** personal information for monetary consideration. We do not “share” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as a default product practice. If this changes, we will provide a Do Not Sell or Share link and honor Global Privacy Control signals where required. ## 4. Consumer rights California residents may request: - Know / access categories and specific pieces of personal information - Delete personal information (subject to exceptions) - Correct inaccurate personal information - Opt out of sale/share (if applicable) - Limit use of sensitive personal information (if we collect SPI beyond exemptions) **Submit requests:** privacy@peakpactelite.app We will verify identity reasonably and respond within statutory timelines. Authorized agents may submit requests with proof of authorization. ## 5. Non-discrimination We will not discriminate against you for exercising CCPA/CPRA rights. ## 6. Retention See Data Retention Policy. Retention periods are tied to operational need, security, and legal obligations. ## 7. Sensitive personal information We do not seek SPI such as precise geolocation continuous tracking, government IDs, or account log-in combined with password beyond what Clerk processes for authentication. Camera access is user-initiated for proof upload.
