# PeakPact Elite — Account Deletion **Effective date:** 17 September 2026 **Contact:** privacy@peakpactelite.app · support@peakpactelite.app ## In-app deletion (required for Google Play) 1. Open **Settings** in PeakPact Elite 2. Tap **Delete my account** 3. Confirm the destructive prompt This calls `POST https://api.peakpactelite.app/api/account/delete` and removes your Elite product data associated with your Clerk user from PeakPact systems (see below). ## Email deletion If you cannot access the app, email **privacy@peakpactelite.app** from your registered address with subject **Account Deletion Request**. We process verified requests within **7 business days**. ## What is deleted (in-app / verified request) - User profile and Elite trial/progress records in **Neon** - Quests, pacts, verification metadata in **Neon** - Verification media objects in **Cloudflare R2** tied to your account (best-effort hard delete of object keys) - Automation preferences and feedback history - Squad membership and weekly ladder entries ## What may be retained or requires a separate action | System | Handling | |---|---| | **Google Play / App Store subscriptions** | Cancel separately in Play → Payments & subscriptions (or App Store). Deleting the PeakPact account does **not** auto-cancel store billing. | | **RevenueCat** | Entitlement / `appUserID` linkage is cleared or anonymized on request where technically available; store receipts may remain with Apple/Google per their policies. | | **Clerk** | Identity may remain until we complete an explicit identity purge after your request (contact privacy@). | | **Firebase Crashlytics / Analytics** | Crash and analytics events already sent to Google may persist per Google retention; we stop associating new events with your deleted account. | | **OpenAI** | Transient prompt/completion logs are subject to OpenAI retention; we do not send passwords or auth tokens. | | **Security / audit logs** | Limited window for abuse prevention and legal claims. | | **Tax / transaction records** | Retained as required by law / store policies. | ## Public URL https://peakpactelite.app/legal/account-deletion/
